How long does it take to get my order?

Processing times are approximately 1-3 business days to make your order then will ship out via USPS. Holidays such as Christmas, Mother’s Day etc lead times may increase up to 5-7 business days due to higher demand on custom products.

I want to do local pick up, where do I go?

You can select to pick up your order at check out. Pick ups will be in my workshop located at:

Once your order is placed and is completed, I will let you know when it is ready to schedule a time to come and get it.

• Hours will vary when I will be there. My father had recently passed away leaving my mother with dementia. She is close by to my shop in town, so I may have to run to the grocery store, get meals and overall make sure she is okay most days in case I am not there.

Do you engrave handwriting on jewelry?

Yes I do, please feel free to send me a message. At this time I don’t have an option to upload the image of the actual handwriting so it would have to be emailed over.

FREE SHIPPING (First Class Mail) when you spend $35 or more.

With the pandemic there has been delays in shipping in parts of the US. so please place your order in a timely manner. I cannot guarantee shipping times once it is in the hands of the postal system. If you need to have an item sent Priority Express, use the option in the check out screen then please send me a message with the date needed so I can try and meet your deadline.

Tracking will be provided once the order ships. Once you have the information and are in a rush, t is recommended to go to USPS’s site, under tracking and enter in that number then do a text and/or email alert on your package so you can see its movement or when it is delivered.
